• Before Program Start: Full refund minus processing fees if canceled 7 days before program commencement
• Within First Week: 50% refund if canceled within the first 7 days of program start
• After First Week: No refunds will be issued after the first week of program commencement
• Web Development Projects: Refund policy varies by project; discussed during project agreement

5.3 Late Payments

Late payment may result in:

• Suspension of access to course materials and resources
• Late fees as per the payment agreement
• Cancellation of enrollment
• Withholding of certificates until payment is complete

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Content

All content on our website and in our programs, including but not limited to:

8.2 Certificates

• Certificates are issued only upon successful program completion

• Certificates remain valid unless revoked for misconduct
• We reserve the right to revoke certificates if fraud is discovered

• We do NOT guarantee job placement or employment
• Job placement depends on market conditions and individual qualifications
• Final hiring decisions are made by employers, not by us

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
